  • Manhattan Bulleit Rye Whiskey and Carpano 
  • Traditional Old Fashioned  Makers Mark and Bitters
  • SPT Old Fashioned  We add Orange, Cherries, and Sugar to the traditional old-fashioned
  • Goldrush  100 proof bourbon, house-made honey syrup, and fresh lemon juice
  • Rusty Nail  We go with 2 to 1 blend of Dewars and Drambuie with a twist
  • Whiskey Sour  Fresh sour, Egg White and Michter’s Small Batch Bourbon
  • Boulevardier  Buffalo Trace, Campari, and Carpano
  • Negroni  Just like the Boulevardier but change the bourbon for Plymouth Gin
  • Tom Collins  Gin in its old-school glory
  • French 75  Think Tom Collins taken up a notch with some sparkling white wine 
  • Painkiller (400 MG, 600 MG or 800 MG)  rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and orange juice, top with grated fresh nutmeg
  • Classic Daiquiri  No, it is not a slushy mess. Rum, fresh lime, and sugar 
  • Sidecar  Cognac, Cointreau, and fresh lime
  • Pisco Sour  Step over to Peru for their take on a Grape Brandy Sour
  • Frenchy  Absolut Pear Vodka, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice
